Notes:

I had a pretty good workout. I’ve noticed that when I’m drinking a sports drink while I play, my muscles tend to cramp up less and mentally I don’t get as tired. Maybe it’s just a placebo, but for me, it seems to work well. Maybe I should be the next spokesman for Gatorade? Hopefully the calories I burned during the workout outnumber the calories I got from the drink.
Today my ankle bothered me less too. I was able to go for about an hour straight (minus slight interruptions like the phone ringing or the UPS guy). I was more accurate than I’ve been lately too. I’ll chalk it up to simply getting better at DDR, I guess.

  • I think it’s kind of ironic that this blog is about weight loss and working out and yet the layout theme has the exact color combination that psychologically inspires hunger in people: red yellow.

    Just some food for thought.

  • Ah, yes, the McDonalds colors huh? Honestly, I didn’t think that when I came up with the color scheme. I was thinking autumn colors, and then I used red instead of orange. Or something.
