		<description>Just thought I'd throw in a tip for you.

If you're getting cramps during your workouts, you should drink water before you start working out(around an hour is what helped me.), and during to keep yourself hydrated.

My girlfriend actually just bought me DDR Ultramix 3. It was her attempt at getting me to spend Thursdays at her place instead of going to the gym.
