Much like yesterday, today I wasn’t really concentrating on the steps. Instead of doing well, however, I did pretty badly. I was kind of sleep deprived today, so maybe that’s why. It doesn’t help that the back arrow on my DDR pad keeps slipping farther and farther back either. If Only I had a metal pad

Besides the whole doing bad score-wise, I actually think it was a good workout. I guess it really doesn’t matter how many points I get as long as I’m burning enough calories…

  • I think this is a cool idea for weight loss. I mean, lose weight while having fun, pretty good combo 🙂 Even blogged about it too. Just keep it up. You’re weight might swing a bit due to your body adjusting to the “new way of doing things” but if used with good diet, it can only go well for you 🙂
