Today I felt pretty well, so I decided to try and go for an hour. I started out fine, but after about 30 minutes, I was spent. I guess that due to the cold, my stamina is still not at 100%.

I still did pretty well on a few songs. Passing Rhythm and Police is usually an iffy thing for me.

I’ll try again tomorrow and see if I’ve regained some strength.

Note:

I haven’t been DDRing very much because I’ve been sick this week. Still, I decided to try a little bit today, so I don’t lose all my skills. I played mostly standard songs, and I got tired really fast. My legs felt pretty fresh, but the rest of my body wanted to rest after about 3 songs.

I’ll probably just rest until I’m not sick anymore. It’s probably not that good for me to work out too much while I have a cold.

Today I felt pretty good after taking a break yesterday. I played the dance master mode of DDR Strike for about 30 minutes, and then I played a bunch of heavy songs in the normal mode for another 30 minutes. I didn’t feel tired by the end of the hour, but I figured I should save some for the rest of the week.

I played DDR Max 2 today, since I hadn’t in a while. I did pretty good, I guess. Recently I’ve been experimenting with doing cross overs and stuff, which make it funner and easier to play sometimes. Spin the Disc is a completely different song using cross overs.

On the workout side of things, I did 60 minutes again today, so I’m pretty tired. I might do less (or zero) tomorrow just so I can rest.

Today I played DDR Max for about half an hour, and then DDR Strike for the same amount of time. My legs didn’t really get that tired, but my feet started hurting from all the impact, I think. Towards the end I think I was getting somewhat sluggish. I might take tomorrow off. I’ve noticed that when I take time off, it makes my next workouts more productive. Rather than playing everyday, I think I’ll do more of a alternating day thing.
