Notes:

Today I played for about 40 minutes. I was kind of rusty on a few of the songs, since it had been a while since I played DDR Extreme. I did pretty well on Can’t Stop Fallin’ in Love Speed Mix, though.

I felt like I was getting tired more quickly today then usual, but it could have just been my song selection. I pretty much picked all the hard songs.

So I finally got back from Tucson, AZ, and I got to do some DDR. Actually, while away, I did do quite a bit of other exercise stuff. I ran a mile on two different days, and I also went swimming a little bit. I hit the sauna a few times (which is supposed to help you lose weight, right?) and I even played In The Groove at an arcade. I still ended up being a bit heavier than when I left though.

Today’s workout was pretty good. I got quite a few good scores. I also didn’t really get that tired at all. I’ll attribute that to my running. I should probably try to run more often, rather than just playing DDR. Running is much less fun, though.

Today I took a break from DDR Strike and played DDR Extreme instead. I went through a lot of songs quickly, so even though I played only 40 minutes, it was a good workout.

I didn’t get any AAs, but I did to pretty well in Can’t Stop Fallin’ In Love Speed Mix, which is always a tough one.

Overall, I think I got tired more quickly than usual, but that’s probably due to my song choice.

Today I played the normal mode for about 30 minutes trying to get some high scores. I got a few, but they weren’t AAs or anything. I also played Dance Master mode for a while. I didn’t really unlock any songs today.

Overall, a good workout anyway. My weight is still going down pretty steadily, so that’s cool.
