Notes:

Today I forgot to wear my leg weights to class. My legs felt really light! It was kind of weird walking around without them, since I had gotten so used to wearing them.

Anyway, when I got back and started playing DDR I think I did better than usual. At least, I was in the beginning. I still got tired kind of quickly though. Regardless, I’ll keep up with the weights and I bet that they’ll be less and less of a hassle as my legs get used to them.
